enables clients and visitors to our site to have access to specialist law advice
and where necessary legal representation in the event of copyright infringement.
We can refer you to a solicitor in your area for a free 10-minute consultation.

The registration of copyright
provides independent witness as to the existence of the work at a clear point
in time. If however, in the event of a copyright infringement, further evidence
is required, Copyrightvault.com can provide this in the form of a sworn affidavit.
We can arrange for a director of Copyrightvault Ltd to swear an affidavit, in
front of a solicitor, at the time of withdrawal of a copy of your work from
the vault, confirming the date of registration, the date of withdrawal, and
exhibiting the Certificate of Registration. Simply call or write to us or complete

We request that you only register a copy of your work with us and not the original
or master copy. However Copyrightvault.com are able to provide you with a copy
of your registered work upon request. Paper copies will incur an additional
charge to the admin fee above, of .10p per sheet (not colour).
