Register
Simply complete the Registration
Form. You will be asked to specify your method of payment and
whether you are submitting work on-line or by post.
On-line
If submitting work on-line you will be asked to attach the computer
files to be registered, following completion of the Registration
Form. (Total file size of 10MB per Registration).
By
Post
To submit work by post, simply print out the Registration
Form and send it with a copy of the work to be registered, to
Copyrightvault.com at the address on the form. It is important to
only send a copy of the work and not the original or master copy.
Format
A single postal registration is limited to either, one item in any
electronic media format, such as CD, DVD, Diskette, Zip Disk, Video
Tape, Audio Tape, or Mini Disc, or paper media up to 400 pages of
A4.
There
is no limitation as to how much work is included on a single format.
For example a single CD can contain as many files or tracks as it
can physically contain. Similarly, a 400-page manuscript may contain
1 or 400 pieces of work.
Payment
Payment can be made by cheque or on-line by credit or debit card using the secure on-line payment system. Copyrightvault.com accepts on line payments in Pounds Sterling and Euros.
Certification
Upon receipt of your work and payment, your work will be registered
and a Certificate of Registration issued to you by First Class post.
Work submitted on-line is immediately backed up to a suitable storage
media. All Registered Work is stored in our secure vault.
Further Registrations
Upon registering further works you will be asked to enter your account
number on the Registration
Form. This can be obtained from your previous Certificate of Registration.
If you subscribed to the Frequent Use Registration or the Professional
Use Registration no further payment will be required whilst you remain
within the limit of the number of registrations allowed under the
type of registration to which you subscribed. If you subscribed to
a Single Registration, further registrations will be charged for at
the appropriate rate prevailing at the time of further registration.
Registration
Period
All work is stored in our secure vault for 5 years. After 5 years
you will be given the option of withdrawing your work from the vault
or re-registering for a further 5 years.
