Copyright Registration

To Register
Simply complete the Registration Form. You will be asked to specify your method of payment and whether you are submitting work on-line or by post.

On-line
If submitting work on-line you will be asked to attach the computer files to be registered, following completion of the Registration Form. (Total file size of 10MB per Registration).

By Post
To submit work by post, simply print out the Registration Form and send it with a copy of the work to be registered, to Copyrightvault.com at the address on the form. It is important to only send a copy of the work and not the original or master copy.

Format
A single postal registration is limited to either, one item in any electronic media format, such as CD, DVD, Diskette, Zip Disk, Video Tape, Audio Tape, or Mini Disc, or paper media up to 400 pages of A4.

There is no limitation as to how much work is included on a single format. For example a single CD can contain as many files or tracks as it can physically contain. Similarly, a 400-page manuscript may contain 1 or 400 pieces of work.

Payment
Payment can be made by cheque or on-line by credit or debit card using the secure on-line payment system. Copyrightvault.com accepts on line payments in Pounds Sterling and Euros.

Certification
Upon receipt of your work and payment, your work will be registered and a Certificate of Registration issued to you by First Class post. Work submitted on-line is immediately backed up to a suitable storage media. All Registered Work is stored in our secure vault.

Further Registrations
Upon registering further works you will be asked to enter your account number on the Registration Form. This can be obtained from your previous Certificate of Registration. If you subscribed to the Frequent Use Registration or the Professional Use Registration no further payment will be required whilst you remain within the limit of the number of registrations allowed under the type of registration to which you subscribed. If you subscribed to a Single Registration, further registrations will be charged for at the appropriate rate prevailing at the time of further registration.

Registration Period
All work is stored in our secure vault for 5 years. After 5 years you will be given the option of withdrawing your work from the vault or re-registering for a further 5 years.
