to Copyrightvault.com will include a reference to Copyrightvault Ltd.
All references to the user or a user include references to users of
this Website and any of the services offered through this Website.
2. The contents
of this Website are the intellectual property of Copyrightvault Ltd.
3. Copyrightvault
Ltd grant you the user a limited licence to download the materials
on this Website to a single personal computer solely for personal,
non-commercial use. Use of the materials contained on this Website
on any other Internet site is strictly prohibited.
4.This Website
is provided without any representation, term, condition or warranty
of any kind, either express or implied, in respect of the Website
and its contents. Copyrightvault Ltd disclaims all representations,
terms, conditions and warranties including but not limited, as to
satisfactory, quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose,
title and non-infringement of intellectual property rights.

Ltd nor its servant or agents will be liable for any loss or damage
arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use,
the materials or services offered through this Website including,
but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss
of data or property including intellectual property, loss of income
or profit or opportunity, claims of any third parties, even if Copyrightvault
Ltd should have been aware of the reasonable forseeability of such
loss/damage arising.
Certificate of
Registration
6. In consideration
for the current fee, such fee to be determined by Copyrightvault
Ltd, Copyrightvault Ltd agree to provide a Certificate of Registration
confirming the date of receipt of any item of work sent to Copyrightvault
Ltd. An item of work is limited to a single item and the definition
of what is an item of work is at the discretion of Copyrightvault
Ltd.
7. A fee will
be payable by the user in respect of each and every item of work sent
to Copyrightvault Ltd. An item of work can be, but is not limited
to, a CD, a DVD, a Diskette, a Zip Disk, a Video Tape, an Audio Tape,
a Mini Disc, a DAT, a written manuscript up to 400 pages long, a computer
file up to 10MB. Copyrightvault Ltd reserve the right to make any
decision upon whether an item is to be classified as a single item
of work or as multiple items of work.
8. Copyrightvault
Ltd reserve the right to refuse to accept any item of work sent to
Copyrightvault Ltd by e-mail or post.
9. Upon acceptance
by Copyrightvault Ltd of an item or items of work Copyrightvault will
forward to the user a Certificate of Registration confirming the date
of receipt of that item or items of work by Copyrightvault Ltd.
10. Copyrightvault
Ltd makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, as
to the legal validity or effectiveness of the Certificate of Registration
in any court of law.
11. Copyrightvault
Ltd hereby disclaims and excludes to the fullest extent permitted
by the law all liability for any loss or damage arising out of the
use of or your reliance on the Certificate of Registration, such loss
or damage to include, but not limited to, indirect or consequential
loss or damage, loss of data or property including intellectual property,
loss of income or profit or opportunity, claims of any third parties,
even if Copyrightvault Ltd should have been aware of the reasonable
forseeability of such loss/damage arising.
12. Copyrightvault
Ltd will store any accepted item or items of work in its storage facility
for 5 years free of charge. Copyrightvault Ltd will store all hard
copies in fireproof filing cabinets at a location to be determined
by Copyrightvault Ltd. All computer files will be stored on the hard
drive of the Copyrightvault Ltd personal computer for 5 years from
the date of receipt. At the expiry of this 5 year period Copyrightvault
Ltd may at their discretion contact the user to arrange further storage
for a 5 year period with Copyrightvault Ltd for a reasonable fee to
be arranged [currently £ 40 - this price is subject to any changes
which Copyrightvault Ltd see fit]. If the user does not wish to arrange
further storage then the user may withdraw the item of work from Copyrightvault
Ltd's storage facility upon payment of an administration fee of £
10. If the user does not withdraw the item of work or does not arrange
further storage with Copyrightvault Ltd then Copyrightvault Ltd will
be deemed to own the non-returnable copy of the item or items of work
previously submitted although all intellectual property rights remain
in the ownership of the user.
13. Copyrightvault
Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss or damage arising out of the loss
or destruction of any item or items of work stored or sent to Copyrightvault
Ltd.
14. This Website
and the services offered through this Website are offered by Copyrightvault
Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales at Companies House,
under registration number 3984996. Copyrightvault Ltd excludes all
representations and warranties that materials in and/or services offered
through this Website are available for use in other locations, or
that they comply with any legal or regulatory requirements of such
other locations. Those who choose to access this Website do so at
there own risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable
local laws.
15. These terms
shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
Any dispute under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the English courts and by using this Website or by utilising the
services offered through this Website, you hereby submit to the non-exclusive
jurisdiction of such courts for such purposes and waive any and all
objections to jurisdiction or venue in such courts.
16. Copyrightvault
Ltd requires personal information from the user to process your application
and to provide the user with a Certificate of Registration. By using
this Website and/or the services offered through this Website the
user grants permission to Copyrightvault Ltd to process this personal
information. Copyrightvault Ltd may use this information to offer
the user further services offered by Copyrightvault Ltd or its business
partners. The user can request a copy of any personal information
kept by Copyrightvault Ltd on that user by contacting Copyrightvault
Ltd.
These terms
